Vice President
- Assumes all the duties of the Chairperson in their absence.
- Coordinates with treasurer to set and collect appropriate tournament fees.
- Attends regional meetings for B cup draws.
- Oversees KYSA Select Team Program (including Coad selection/B Cup Process/Select Team Fundraising and any other business of the Select Team Program)

Secretary
- Records the minutes of all association meetings.
- Distributes the minutes as required.
- Deals with and distributes all correspondence.
- Picks up mail from post office.
- Writes letters as required.
- Arrange meetings (rents rooms, notifies members, writes agendas)
- Deals with fax/photocopier machines (until permanent building is in place)
- Submits annual report to BC Society Ensures Risk Management forms are filled out by executive board members.

Treasurer
- Maintains an accurate accounting of all monies in the possession of the association.
- Maintains an accurate record of all monetary transactions.
- Prepares a financial statement for board meetings.
- Prepares and presents an annual report for the Annual General Meeting
- Ensures that all accounts of five dollars ($5.00) or more are paid by cheque, signed by two (2) signing officers.
- Produces the receipt book and appropriate vouchers whenever requested by the board.
- Prepares annual budget for board approval.
- Pays game officials.
Coach & Player Development Coordinator
- Books coaching clinics with BCSA
- Directs divisional managers in finding coaches for recreational house teams.
- Meet with Divisional Managers before team selections
- Oversees team selection with Divisional Managers
- Prepares packages for coaches with relevant information. Distributes packages to Divisional Managers before team selection (Risk management forms, schedules, game rules, KYSA policies, team selection lists)
- Organizes pre-season coach & divisional manager meeting
- Coordinates player clinics.
- Organizes conditioning/soccer camps.
- Provides information to players regarding special events (summer games, regional clinics.)
- Makes applications & proposals for player development programs.
- Assists divisional managers with player movements within a division as required.
- Liaison between KYSA and the BCSA player development.
- Attends regional meetings for B Cup draws and BCSA Annual General Meeting.
- Directs Select Team Coaches Schedules regular season games, pre-season practices and year-end tournament.*
- *Scheduling duties may be farmed out and approved by Referee/Field Allocation Coordinator before distribution.

Equipment Coordinator
- Ensures all team jerseys are collected at the end of the season.
- Ensures team jerseys are cleaned by qualified Dry Cleaner at end of season.
- Distributes all team jerseys to Divisional Managers.
- Keeps the key to Equipment Room and keeps a log of access if key is given to other board members.
- Works with Sponsorship Coordination to order jerseys as needed.
- Keeps annual inventory of all equipment belonging to KYSA.
- Ensures there is an updated policy to purchase equipment.
Referee & Field Allocation Coordinator
- Responsible for the game officials of the association.
- Co-ordinates Referee Clinics as needed.
- Solicits and encourages new game officials.
- Conducts game official meetings before the start of the season, before playoffs and during the season as required.
- Provides up-to-date score sheets to all game officials.
- Ensures game officials follow proper dress code.
- Ensures qualified game officials are scheduled for B Cup tournaments.
- Provides scheduled game officials lists to Divisional Managers.
- Attends the Field Allocation meeting (DOK).
- Provides rules and regulations for regular season and playoffs.
Registrar
- Registers all youth soccer players within the district.
- Ensures registration dates and times are set for player registration. Arranges registration location.
- Collects and organizes materials for the registration table.
- Registers all teams, players & coaches with the Provincial Registrar per BCSA guidelines.
- Provide registered player lists to the board members.
- Provides players lists for team selection meeting.
- Distributes volunteer lists to all board members.
- Signs player transfers to another district with vice chairperson.

Sponsorship Coordinator
- Provides Board with a Sponsorship Report at start of season.
- Solicits new Sponsors as needed.
- Contacts all present Sponsors to confirm their sponsorship for season.
- Provides sponsors with appropriate invoices.
- Ensures that Sponsors have paid their seasonal fees.
- Works with Equipment Coordinator when new jerseys are requested.
- Ensures that Sponsors receive Thank You letters.
- Contacts Sponsors with Tournament information and invitation to event.
Field Development Coordinator
- Provides monthly reports on condition of field to Board.
- Ensure that field is safe and taken care of during the season.
- Ensures that equipment is inspected and in good working condition.
- Develops a strategy for equipment use and replacement.
- Works with Referee & Field Allocation Coordinator when schedule is being developed.
