CONSTITUTION OF THE KITIMAT YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION
NAME
1. The name of the Society is the KITIMAT YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION
PURPOSE
2. In the community of Kitimat, BC,
-To foster, develop and promote the game of soccer
-To govern the rules of play of the game of soccer
-To generally provide whatsoever other assistance is available to support and encourage the game of soccer
DISSOLUTION
3. Upon dissolution of the association, the assets which remain after payment of all charges and expenses which are properly incurred in winding up, shall be assigned and distributed to such organizations as may be involved in the games of soccer, or to such charitable organization or organizations as may be determined by the members of the association at the time of dissolution. This provision is unalterable.
